Shipping Policy

We sincerely appreciate your purchase from GH Grinding & Brewing Solutions (GHGBS). We take great pride in working closely with our customers, and appreciate your loyalty and business. 

Order Processing

We endeavor to ship all orders for in-stock items within two (2) business day(s). Our standard business hours are 9AM – 4PM (Eastern Time Zone) Monday – Friday. Orders submitted during standard business hours and prior to 12:00 pm Eastern Time will be fufilled that same day. Orders submitted after 12:00 pm Eastern Time, or on weekends or holidays, will be fulfilled the next business day. All orders are subject to product availability. Any order recevied that is unable to be processed due to error or product availability will be canceled, and the transaction will be refunded. 

Shipping Term: Risk Of Loss

Standard shipping of products purchase on the Site is via independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, GHGBS, and you should allow five (5) to eight (8) business days for standard ground delivery once an order has been shipped. For an additional fee, we offer expedited shipping if that is your preferred shipping choice. The shipping charge shown during the checkout process is subject to verification. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. Title to products purchased on the Site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, passes to you when GHGBS delivers these items to the carrier for shipment, and we are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.

Acceptance Of Order

Your placement of an order on the Site does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order.  We reserve the right to refuse any order in our sole discretion.  In addition, before accepting your order, we may require additional information if you have not provided all of the information required by us to process your order.  Once a completed order is received, authorization of your form of payment is received and we have accepted your order, we will promptly place your order in line for shipment.

Shipping FAQ’s

Why isn’t the tracking information for my order available online?

If tracking information is not yet posted for your order, the product has not yet been fulfilled. In most cases orders are fulfilled the next business day, but delays may happen for various reasons. Typically our support team would connect with you via e-mail if there was going to be a delay in sending you your order. 


If you've placed an order more than 5 business days prior, and tracking detail has not yet been provided, plase contact us immediately at support@ghgbs.com, or click on the contact link on this website. 

Items are missing from my order, what can I do?

Possible reasons:
Order Split Shipped: Check your order whether it has not been split shipped. Contact our Customer Service. Ordered from different warehouses: If your order was only available from 2 different warehouse the order will have multiple shipments. GHGBS made a mistake: On rare occasions an item maybe missed during packaging. Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out. If you have checked, and there is still something missing, please alert us as soon as possible. Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing to support@ghgbs.com, including your order number and a description of the items missing.
